Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-configured products, opened software, and digital products. Products that are physically damaged or not in their original condition due to customer error are not eligible for return. Additionally, any items purchased on clearance or from a particular sale are considered final and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Customers must contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to initiate a return. This number is crucial and must be clearly labelled on the package. With an RMA, the return process may be completed on time, and the item may be returned to the sender.

Shipping and Handling:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. If a customer prefers an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received.

Restocking Fee:

 In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund and is typically a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Extended Holiday Returns:

We understand many purchases are gifts during the holiday season, and a more extended return period may be necessary. Therefore, we offer an extended holiday return period, which will be posted on our website.
